TANGERINE & ORANGE MARMALADE. FLORAL, SWEET, & SPICY Founded in 1887, this bodega is renowned in the Jerez region for producing some of the best dessert Moscatels anywhere. Making several styles, this one is the freshest and most citrusy, with notes of jasmine and honeysuckle. Fermented to 2% alcohol before being fortified with young brandy to 18%, The natural sweetness of the grapes remains, and the bright fruit becomes slightly spicy during its one year of aging. Serving Suggestion: Great as a dessert on its own, bringing fantastic citrus flavor to your final course. Contrast it w/ dark chocolate, or compliment it w/ crema catalana’s citrusy syrup.
