REFRESHING YET RICH, OCEANIC, ALMOND PERFUME
Brimming with almond-like waxiness, savory mystique, and a powerful suggestion of salinity, the conundrum of Fino is that it can still manage to be so clean and refreshing. Completely dry and clocking it at a relatively gentle 15% alcohol, this isn’t as much an acquired taste as it is a new best friend you haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting. Fantastic with so many foods!
Serving Suggestion: Perfect w/ tapas, like Marcona almonds, Ibérico ham, olives, anchovies, fish pâtés, Manchego, quail eggs, & fried calamari. Seafood Calabash. Sushi!
