Blending two different vintages of Arinto due to such tiny harvests, both aged in old oak barrels, Quinta de Sant’Ana has created this voluptuous beauty. It’s redolent of preserved Meyer lemon, quince, and apricot preserves, lightly floral and nutty, and has a certain piña colada-esque quality, wrapped in a gentle robe of spicy vanilla, and finishing with a palate-cleansing, focused acidity.
