Behold! A wine to make your change your mind about effing Merlot! Finessed and powerful, with velvety dark fruit, peppery spice, and plush balanced tannin. A distinct level of acid keeps the wine fresh and bright despite its heft. Merlot isn’t a grape normally associated with Portuguese wines, but the talented winemakers at Quinta de Sant’Ana have made a red to compare to Saint-Emilion and Pomerol.
