Pyren Vineyards is located in the Pyrenees region of Western Victoria, an area that boasts an impressive array of different soil types. Their “Roopa,” named after a friend of the estate, is made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes that spend seven months in French oak after fermenting with skin contact. The result is a fascinatingly pretty, exotic, and textured orange wine. You’ve never had Sauvignon Blanc quite like this before!
