DRY YET RICH, SLIGHTLY SAVORY. APPLE, PEAR & LEMON Alta Langa is known as “The Champagne from Langhe” for good reason: it was the first sparkling wine made in Italy, as early as the 1850’s, copying the French classic method used to produce Champagne, and in everything but the name (and price!) is quintessentially Champenoise. An enthusiastic plume of bubbles and aromas of crusty bread lead into flavors of citrus and orchard fruits, finishing with a delicate savoriness and palate-cleansing acidity. Serving Suggestion: Tuna tartare w/ potato chips. Nori popcorn. Chicken & risotto croquettes. Crab & shallot quiche. Truffle macaroni & cheese.
