Up and coming boutique winery Stuhlmuller has yet to become a household name, but it’s not due to the quality of their wines. They’re outstanding! This fat, lush Chardonnay is big and rich, but remains balanced by a perfect amount of acidity. Fermented using natural yeast and aged in French oak barrels, it comes out with unmistakable California Chardonnay style, only more pretty. Tiny production.
Serving Suggestion: Bold enough for your pork roast, but delicate enough for your tilapia or flounder.
