These young Chenin vines planted in the Champtoisé lieu-dit in 2018 may be fresh on the scene at the Sérol estate, but they’re already producing quality fruit and the wines in turn are showing remarkable concentration of flavor. Mouth-enveloping ripe apple and citrus swept up in mineral intrigue and slipping into a gorgeous lengthy finish, Stéphane and Carine Sérol continue to outdo themselves as trailblazers in this satellite region of the Loire- Vive Loire Volcanique!
