These young Chenin vines planted in the Champtoisé lieu-dit in 2018 may be fresh on the scene at the Sérol estate, but they’re already producing quality fruit and the wines in turn showing remarkable concentration of flavor. Mouth-enveloping ripe apple and citrus swept up in mineral intrigue and slipping into a gorgeous lengthy finish, Stéphane and Carine Sérol continue to outdo themselves as trailblazers in this satellite region of the Loire- Vive Loire Volcanique!
