Born in the organically undulating, terraced vineyards of Ptujska Klet (aka Pullus), this fleshy, balanced Pinot Gris sees two-to-three days of skin contact, resulting in a delicate Russian gold patina and faint tannic tincture. Orchard-ish and exotic fruit meet autumnal vibes of drying flowers and an elegant impression of waxiness. Perhaps ironically, the strikingly modern estate’s cellars date back eight centuries…
