Now in their third generation, Bodegas Perica once again delivers stellar Rioja at a stellar value. With the “6 Cepas” series, the García family showcases the Tempranillo grape in a younger, more fresh form. Unlike their single-vineyard Olagosa series, this wine uses grapes from six different plots – hence the name. Signature dark fruit can be found throughout, while time in French oak barrels softens the tannins and accentuates the wine’s spice. Distinctly Rioja yet uncommonly crushable.
Serving Suggestions: Serrano ham, salchichón, Manchego, Marcona almonds, & fresh baguette. Farro & roasted red pepper salad w/ olives & smoked paprika.
