We have a fiery old Irishman named Guiness to thank for this delicious Champagne method bubbly. The McFadden family settled on this beautiful little stretch of land back in 1970, and they’ve covered a lot of ground since then- a whole 160 acres! Up in the cooler climes of Potter Valley where daily temps make an average 45 degree swing, it makes perfect sense to produce some seriously stunning sparkling.
Serving Suggestion: Crispy fried chicken & lemon pepper seasoned waffle fries. Baked camembert tartlets w/raspberry preserves. Crab & gruyere crostini. Other luxurious finger foods.
