Representing Pinot’s penchant for mystique and nuance at a decidedly Pacific crossroads (Foris rises at the Rogue Valley’s western extreme, just 25 miles from the Ocean), this delicately pigmented rosé brims with subtle, unexpected character and exotic perfume. Piquant orchard fruit and bazaar-evocative citrus notes make their voices heard above more easily anticipated, cherryish character while a firm, fresh, floral finish seals the rather eclectic, delicious deal.
