This Gewürz comes to us from some of the variety’s oldest vines in Oregon and features a balanced combination of lusciousness and liveliness. Bone dry and boasting terrific acidity, this is a spicy, food-friendly dream. Lying over two hundred miles south of the more familiar vineyards of Willamette, Foris’s Rogue Valley rises fifteen hundred feet above sea level and provides the perfect environment for Alsatian-inspired pursuits.
