The estate was founded back in 1978 when Bob & Corrine Gross planted their first vines on the volcanic slopes in the foothills of Cooper Mountain, becoming one of the few pioneers of wine growing in Willamette. Not long after that, they became Oregon’s first certified organic and first practicing biodynamic producer, standing firm in their belief in honoring the connection to the land they work.
Serving Suggestion: Balsamic-coated strawberry & goat cheese bruschetta. Chicken souvlaki. Spinach, fennel, and zucchini frittata.
