Sidras Bereziartua Sagardoak is a family-run cider house that’s been in business since 1870. Today the fourth generation of Bereziartua’s maintain the hallmarks of their ancestors: respect for the raw materials, the apple, the land, and the traditions. The “Gourmet” is made with a careful selection of the most coveted Basque apple types, fermented with native yeasts, and unfiltered to preserve complexity.
