Natural (no sulfites added)
Wines without any additives. Some definitions of “natural wine” say the wine cannot have any added sulfites. Sulfites are still there, but only those that occur naturally during fermentation. This means the wine is in a constant state of change and rarely will two bottles of the same wine taste alike. They can be vibrant, primal and alive, but may also have some funk and stank. If you truly have a sulfite allergy you should not drink any fermented beverage nor eat any fermented food or most dried fruits, nuts and juices.
